World's Fastest Supercars in 2011

I’m sure that many of us wish to own the fastest supercar in the world. However, we don’t know exactly how fast the fastest supercars in the world are. The Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Super Sport, the Koenigsegg Agera R, the SSC Ultimate Aero, the McLaren F1, the Noble M600 and so on are named as the world’s fastest supercars in 2011. The Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Super Sport is claimed as the second fastest car in the world with fastest acceleration speed of 60 mph in 2.6 seconds. Beside, this supercar is also known as the most powerful car in the world.

The Saleen S7 is a high performance race car equipped with the powerful Twin-Turbo V8 engine. This ultimate car can reach the speed of 60 mph in 3.2 seconds and 100 mph speed in about 6.2 seconds

Featuring a breath taking CC shape, the Koenigsegg CCX is reported to reach from 0 to 60mph in just 3.2 seconds and the top speed is about 245mph.

The Koenigsegg Agera is considered as the best-performing Koenigsegg super car ever. The Agera R has finally dethroned the Veyron Super Sport as the fastest supercar in the world.

It was reported that the Gumpert Apollo was designed to be able to drive upside-down in a tunnel with speeds at 190 mph or above. The max speed of the car is 229mp/h and reaches in 2.9 seconds 60 mp/h.

The McLaren F1 is known as the most powerful and fastest supercar in the 20th century. This type of car is not produced anymore. Therefore, it is very difficult to find one of these on the market.

The Noble M600 also appears to be a very cool car. It has an officially rated top speed of 225 mph and a 0-120 mph acceleration time of 8.9 seconds.

The SSC Ultimate Aero used to be the world’s fastest production car from March 2007 to July 2010 at a top speed of 257 mph. However, both Koenigsegg Agera R and Bugatti Veyron 16.4 Super Sport surpassed it.
