World’s Most Expensive Property with $12.2 billion

The world’s most expensive house is also called “The World’s First Gold House”. This is a luxury home built by Zug Switzerland’s exlusivHAUS collaborating with Stuart Hughes who has made his fame for his luxury items.

The exact location of this new expensive house has not been disclosed and still is a secret. The only thing we can tell you that it is located in Switzerland near the Italian border and sits on a lot measuring 2,442 square meters. Furthermore, according to information from the official websites of the companies, it took five and a half years to complete this home with a total cost of $12.2 billion USD (£7.5 billion). This property includes 8 rooms with a living space of 752 square meters, a large terrace of 388 square meters, a cellar of 245 square meters and a garage which is enough space for 4 cars. ExclusivHAUS và Stuart Hughes announced that the best things to force the house so very expensive were more than 200,000 kg of solid gold and platinum fixtures and the specially designed flooring which is made from meteoric stone with shavings of original 65 million year old T-Rex Dinosaur bones embedded in each tile.
